We support and serve as an advocate in the bigger picture for our African American constituents at the National, Region and Chapter levels in promoting equity, excellence and opportunity.

 

The many opportunities for leadership excellence, promotion, career development.

 

Our goal is to advocate for Leadership excellence.  As a diversity leader in Government,  Khalfani opens the door to a wealth of valuable leadership positions (over 22 to include Executive Officer, Committee Chair, Regional Representative, National Delegate and Special Committee positions).

 

We promote professionalism by providing networking support and mentoring services.

 

Our Chapter walks its talk when it comes to community responsibility by sponsoring and supporting numerous community service programs and activities around the greater Washington DC area that make a difference to our members and the towns and neighborhoods in which we work and live.

 

We care about our community and we're making a difference through our Adopt-a-Highway program.

 

We're involved with fundraising activities that support our community service activities for the homeless, elderly, holiday family outreach and Scholarship Opportunities.

 

Our Scholarship program opportunities offer annual scholarship awards to eligible members and family members.

 

New members will join a family who is motivated, committed and thoroughly professional.
